We stay in Hyatt regenece Dehradun it was amazing experience very good food and service was very good speckle mention Gaurav and Sudipta they doing great job brunch was very good and view was amazing we will come back thanks for everything

I recently visited this hotel on 29th Aug, 2019. I booked it thru goibibo and confirm with the manager in the day that I have a booking there. Manager replied yes sir your booking is confirmed. I told him that I will be there at around 10 PM. When I reached the hotel with my family, Person at reception refused to provide the booking and told me to call goibibo. This really make be frustrated. After calling goibibo and then having argumented with him he was ready to provide the checkin. However this is really not a solution. If the hotel has problem he can remove itself from all online booking site. or if he has problem he should call goibibo instead of asking me to call goibibo. This really ruined my stay at hotel and my wife was asking what is this. Worst hotel I have ever visited. Guys please take a note if you are visiting this hotel and your booking is confirmed, this hotel can still deny to provide check in. So beware.

In January I had a business trip to Dehradun for a couple of days. I have taken a suite room in Oyo Vishnu Inn. Uber cool place to stay and very good vehicle connectivity. Food and hospitality is excellent. Overall best place to stay in Dehradun if you are traveling alone.

Good for location near railway station. Hotel staff failed to get WiFi working in room which was let down. Didn't try food. Interiors is very average but unclean bedsheet, blanket and washroom big let down.

I stayed at this hotel during mid Oct'18 prior and after my Himalayan trek. This is one of the closest hotels to the pickup and drop spot hence the reason for selecting this hotel. It is the only thing in favour of the hotel. The manager has absolutely no manners on how to speak to a customer. He seems especially rude to females. Food is average. Service is below average and so are the amenities.
